Single Family Detached Home:
Aeration and Seeding- aeration and overseeing for front and back yard.
Price - $200.00
Topdressing- top dress the turf at 0.5” with compost/topsoil mix to increase the organic layer.
Price - $659.00
Lime - Helps in developing healthy roots and taking up important nutrients and to balance the pH in the soil, which is commonly very acidic in this area. If your grass has bare spots it is an indicator that you need to balance the PH with lime.
