Party Room Rental Information: (During Non-Covid-19 Restrictions)
Basic Info:
- Occupancy: 42
- Availability:
- Friday after 5:00pm
- Saturday - 8:00am -11:00pm
- Sunday - 8:00am - 10:00pm
- Other Weekdays - After 6:00pm, on case by case basis
- Community Events and Meetings, and/or Programs take priority over private rentals.
- Property is a non-smoking facility.
- Please review all rules on the rental info and agreement.
Rental Fees:
- $50/hour with a 3 hour minimum
- $500 flat rate for full day.
- $250/Security Deposit (refundable less any cost of damages, or late exit fees)
- $50/15 minutes late past your event end time.
- You must incorporate set-up/clean-up time in your rental request.

- Keurig (You will need to provide your own K-cups, and condiments)
- Coffee Maker (Provide own coffee and filters and condiments)

- Basic Cleaning Supplies

- Party Room
Renters Need to:
- Provide:
- All needed paper products (plates, cups, napkins, plastic eating utensils,etc.)
- Party supplies/decor
- Food/beverages
- Additional cleaning supplies such as Clorox wipes, etc.
- Before you leave:
- Wipe down all surfaces used
- Remove all decor and personal belongings
- Take Trash to Dumpster in Parking lot
- Return all furniture to original positions
- Sweep/mop as needed
- Check all doors to make sure they are locked and closed correctly.
