Reporting Concerns
There are various ways and entities to report concerns to. Please see the articles and options below on how and where to report concerns. In addition to these resources please feel free to always also let management know of these concerns as well for awareness at info@pgchoa.org.
Reporting Traffic Concerns
We have received many complaints about speeding and also about larger commercial trucks and other vehicles using the PGC community as a way to make a U-turn, after passing through many of the private streets within the Condo and HOA areas. This is causing ongoing safety and noise issues. We have been in contact with Loudoun County Sheriff's office and in order to bring more awareness to them about the issues we are facing, we ask that you please submit all concerns directly to their reporting portal using the button below. Pictures and/or videos of the trucks are helpful to include along with any identifiable information on the vehicles, such as the company name or license plate number, and street locations, date and time.
In the meantime, the Condo and Master Board and PGC Management are seeking out what other measures we can take to help mitigate these issues such as putting up additional signage and talking with VDOT about what can be done on VDOT roads.
