General Info: (when not under Covid-19 Restrictions)
  • Occupancy limit 12 persons
  • Hours of operation:  5am-11pm daily
  • Access is given to those eligible with the Clubhouse/Pool/Fitness Center Form on file.  
  • Please note:  wall clock goes off at 10:50pm indicating it’s time to vacate the room.  The security system will be activated at 11pm for the fitness room door and exterior door.  Residents will be responsible for any police charges due to failure to vacate the fitness room and clubhouse by 11:00pm
  • PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE AMAZON FIRESTICK REMOTES!
Current Covid Restrictions
Fitness Center Operations During COVID-19:
 
The Fitness Center is gaining in popularity so we have made a few slight adjustments to the fitness center.  The new hours of operation will be 5am to 10pm to allow for more time slots.  Please also note that PGC Board and Management may have to close the fitness center again if we have any known or reported cases of Covid associated with patrons using the facility, or if goverment restrictions change.  Please read through the following info and rules carefully. 
 
  • Each person using the fitness center must have a liability acknowledgement form on file with the management office to have your access to the fitness center reactivated.   Please allow at least 2 business days to process your reactivation.
  • No one with fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted to use the facility.
  • Maintain 6’ social distancing at all times.
  • Masks should be worn whenever possible, but especially in foyer, halls and bathrooms from main entrance to the fitness room.
  • For Resident Use Only - No Guests
  • Use of the facility outside of your reserved/scheduled time without prior permission will result in loss of access to the facility.
  • Please wash hands before and after use.
  • Highly encouraged to use bathrooms at home.  Showers will remain closed.
  • Wipe all equipment thoroughly after use with sanitizing wipes that are provided.
  • Use is at your own risk, this equipment is not sanitized professionally between uses.

  • Please return the liability acknowledgement form to info@pgchoa.org or if you have additional questions or concerns. 
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not be able to access the facility until you have turned in the form and management has processed your card reactivation, which could take up to 2 business days so please plan ahead.
Fitness Center Rules:
  1. All persons who utilize the fitness center exercise equipment do so at their own risk.  Members assume the full risk of loss to personal property.
  2. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to enter or use the fitness center. 
  3. Children ages 13-17 may be in the fitness center only when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult over 21 years of age who has an authorized access card.
  4. Persons 18 years and older with an access card may enter and use the fitness center equipment unsupervised.
  5. Equipment must be wiped down after every use with the provided wipes in the fitness center. 
  6. Talking on cell phones inside the fitness center is not permitted.  Headphones or earbuds are required when watching tv, listening to music, videos or any other application requiring sound.
  7. Appropriate work out attire is required at all times at the fitness center such as tee shirts, tank tops, gym shorts, or warm up pants.  No open toe, open heeled shoes, or sandals are not permitted.
  8. Only water or clear sports drink in non-breakable containers allowed.  No food, glass bottles, soda cans, tobacco, drugs, and alcohol allowed.
  9. You must possess a valid resident card to enter the fitness center.
  10. Please limit equipment use to 30 minutes when others are waiting to use the equipment.
  11. Do no drop or bang weights.
  12. Do not remove any equipment from the fitness room.
  13. Please return equipment to its original place after use.
  14. Turn off machines, fans & lights when not in use.
  15. Profanity, loud noises, horseplay, disruptive or annoying behavior are strictly prohibited.
  16. Residents shall ensure the security of the building while using the fitness center.  Do not prop open doors, do not open windows except in an emergency, and shut off any lights if you are the last one to leave.
